RATES

  • Winter (Dec.-Jan.-Feb.) $900/wk $600/wknd $150/day
  • Spring (March & April, May 15th) $1150/wk $800/wknd $200/day
  • Summer (May 16 thru Sept 10) $1350/wk $950/wknd $250/day
  • Fall (Sept 11th - Nov.) $1150/wk $800/wknd $200/day
  • Full Week (Fri. thru Thur. ) or (Mon. thru Sun. )
  • Full Weekends (Fri. thru Sun.)
  • 10% increase on Holiday dates: July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Memorial Day, Labor day, Spring Break etc.
  • $25 Reservation Fee
  • 6% Hotel Tax
  • Check-in is 3 pm, check-out is 2 pm.

    RULES AND REGULATIONS

    MAKING RESERVATIONS: Please include the exact dates and the number of people who will be occupying the house. A reservation fee of half of the total rent is required to hold your requested dates. This fee includes a $300.00 damage deposit that is refundable if the house is left as you received it, if not, there is a $100.00 cleaning fee that will be taken from the damage deposit (Or you may opt to clean the entire home, mop floors, clean linens/sheets/blankets, sweep, etc... then the $300 damage deposit will be returned in it's entirety)

    SLEEPING CAPACITY: Maximum sleeping capacity is 14. Exceeding this capacity compromises the septic system and safety considerations. Any damages that result from this, will be taken out of the damage deposit, and any balance will be billed to you and payable within 14 days.

    FURNISHINGS INCLUDE: This beach house is completely furnished, including kitchen appliances, cooking utensils and dining equipment. LINENS AND TOWELS ARE ALSO PROVIDED AT NO ADDITIONAL COST TO YOU!!

    NO SMOKING

    NO PETS (Unless notified in advance and $75 deflea charge pd)

    CHECK-IN is 4 pm, CHECK-OUT is 11 am.

    ANY DAMAGES, EXCESS CLEANING CHARGES WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT.

    CREDIT CARDS, PERSONAL AND TRAVELERS CHECKS AND CASH.

    NO PERSONAL CHECKS AT CHECK-IN.

    WEEKEND RENTALS HAVE A 2 NIGHT MINIMUM, RESERVED IN ADVANCE.

    MAINTENANCE: We make every effort to keep each property and its equipment in good working order. In case of a breakdown, we will strive to repair it as soon as possible. We CANNOT GUARANTEE air conditioners, televisions, VCR's, appliances, etc. NO REFUND OR RATE ADJUSTMENT WILL BE MADE FOR MECHANICAL FAILURE.

    NON-REFUNDABLE FEES: You must cancel reservations no later than three (3) weeks before check-in date in order to receive a full refund of any deposit less $50 cancellation fee and $25 Reservation fee. In the event that cancellation is received within the three (3) week period before check-in date Vacation Rentals will use its best efforts to re-let the rental house: however, in the event that Vacation Rentals is unable to re-let the rental house, you will forfeit all deposits. If we can rent to others during your reserved dates, we will then allow you to select another date.

    REFUNDABLE FEES: If there is an “act of God” such as a direct hit by a Hurricane, Tornado, Forest Fire, or Flood, and there is a mandatory evacuation of the area, we will refund everything except a $50 cancellation fee and $25 resurvation fee only under these emergency conditions. If you have to leave during your stay, charges will be applied to the days already spent.

SAVE $100 BY OPTING TO CLEAN THE ENTIRE HOME BEFORE YOU LEAVE:

LINENS:
  • _____Wash All Sheets/Pillow Cases/Towels/Wash Cloths/Kitchen Towels/Washable Blankets:
  • _____Make sure all of the above are cleaned, folded, and put back into appropriate closets or on beds.

    KITCHEN/DINING ROOM:
  • _____Refrigerator: Do not clean, leave everything in it that you aren't taking (ask me why).
  • _____All dishes cleaned and put away.
  • _____Clean sink & remove debris.
  • _____Clean countertops, table tops and chairs.
  • _____Clean/ Mop Floors.
  • _____Clean microwave, toaster oven & coffee maker.
  • _____Stove is self-cleaning....turn it on, do not use oven cleaner.

    BATHROOMS:
  • _____Each trash container is clean with new liner in each.
  • _____Clean showers/sinks/toilets.
  • _____Empty cabinets.
  • _____Mop/Clean floors.

    BEDROOMS:
  • _____Vacuum floors.
  • _____Strip and wash sheets and place bedding back on all beds.

    LIVING ROOM AREAS:
  • _____Vacuum floors.
  • _____Wipe down sofas, clean any stains.
  • _____Put furniture back in original position.
  • _____Windex TV's, coffee tables.
  • _____Put toys and games back in cabinet.

    EXTERIOR
  • _____Clean barbeque grill.
  • _____Windex/Wipe Clean all outside windows/doors (sea salt erosion).
  • _____Put all outside furniture back in original position.
  • _____Put any garbage/litter into appropriate garbage pickup bins.
  • _____Turn all lights, ceiling fans to “off.”
  • _____Make sure any hazard electronics/coffee makers, etc…are “unplugged.”

    SUMMER TIME:
  • Turn AC Temperature to 80’degrees.

    WINTER TIME:
  • Turn Heater Temperature to 60’degrees.

    The House is set up for normal housekeeping and is furnished to the owners taste. The house will have cleaning supplies but no paper or soap. This brief check list is provided in an attempt to assist you with your packing and shopping.
